If your home has a pre-cast flue usually only slimline fires or traditional outset gas fires would fit this type of flue, however with this suite you can choose to install this fireplace suite by picking the Pre-Cast Flue option (we would however always advise customers to check with your gas safe fitter first and show them installation informaiton and dimension sizes before purchasing).

Be Modern standard gas fires & electric fires will be delivered by DPD local direct from the manufacture. You will be contacted to book-in a suitable delivery date as soon as your item is ready to be dispatched via text message/phone call. Delivery is approx 2 weeks however, this is dependant on stock levels at time of placing an order.
Items on Large electric fires, Electric fireplace suites and Marble fireplace suites will be delivered using Be Modern one or two-man delivery service. The product will be unpacked to allow you to inspect and allow them to take most packaging with them. You will be contacted to book-in a suitable delivery date as soon as your item is ready to be dispatched. Current delivery times is approx 4 weeks however, however this is dependent on stock levels at time of placing an order.
