Price Match Terms

As a family run business that strives to always offer our customers the best customer service, we have now introduced a Price Match facility to our website. We have done this as we want our customers to be confident, they are getting the best deal from ourselves. Although we monitor competitor prices, these can sometimes change without our notice. Therefore, if you do see a product cheaper elsewhere in the UK, please complete our Price Match form and we will then let you know if we are prepared to price match the one you sent us and the procedure of how to order it.

If we can’t price match the item you are interested in, please bear in mind that other companies could be offering a cheaper price on a product for many reasons, for example they are selling older version models or the item that has been returned back to them. Also please note we do not price match with a company that do not have the fire/product in stock.

Please note Fires2u price match promise only applies to appliances that are stock items for our competitors or being offered through official, approved suppliers and does not apply to Amazon, eBay or any other auction sites.
