FIRES2U.com are happy to supply you with any of the Gas fires or Solid Fuel fires featured on its website on a supply only basis delivered directly to your door, please note we do not install any of our products.

But what about installation?
Customers are asked not to book the installation of your gas fire or solid fuel fire, prior to their receipt, as dates may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Customers are also asked to inspect the goods before the installer arrives at the property.

Gas Fires
If you click here it will take you to the UK’s Gas Safe network of approved installers. Simply key in your post code and it will bring up a number of approved installers in your area. Most of these installers will be able to offer you a full installation and after sales service. We always advise customers to speak a Gas safe fitter before purchasing any gas product to make sure it will be suitable for your homes individual needs. We can also always email you the installation information of any of our products before you purchase (this information can also be found on the products description page within Specification section and will be in PDF format), contact us on installationinfo@fires2u.com and state the manufacture and name of the product.

Do not allow any non-gas safe registered person to install your Gas Fire appliance. This is likely to lead to damage to the appliance, invalidate the guarantee/warranty and possibly make the appliance unsafe. Therefore fires2u strongly recommend that you employ the services of a fully qualified Gas Safe registered installer when installing any gas fires.

Solid Fuel Fires

Do not book Gas installers, Solid fuel installers or Electricians for your appliances until you have received and inspected your goods.
