This product comes with a 3 years guarantee by registering your product free, via the Elgin & Hall website within 28 days of purchase, if this not done you will receive a standard 1 year manufactures guarantee.
Elgin and Hall gas fires & electric fires will be delivered by DPD local direct from the manufacture. You will be contacted to book-in a suitable delivery date as soon as your item is ready to be dispatched via text/phone call. Delivery is approx. 2 weeks. Please note with all Black Nickel finishes please contact us to check about delivery on this finish.
Electric fireplace suites and Marble fireplace suites will be delivered using Elgin and Hall two-man delivery service. The product will be brought in to your room of choice, unpacked to allow you to fully inspect. You will be contacted to book-in a suitable delivery date as soon as your item is ready to be dispatched. Current delivery times is approx. 2-3 weeks.
