You will be contacted to book-in a suitable delivery date as soon as your item is ready to be dispatched via text message/phone call. Delivery is approx 2 weeks however, this is dependant on stock levels at time of placing an order. All HE gas fires delivery approx 4 weeks.
Items on Large electric fires, Electric fireplace suites and Marble fireplace suites will be delivered using Be Modern one or two-man delivery service. The product will be unpacked to allow you to inspect and allow them to take most packaging with them. You will be contacted to book-in a suitable delivery date as soon as your item is ready to be dispatched. Current delivery times is approx 3 weeks however, however this is dependent on stock levels at time of placing an order.
